The Management of Rental Support Services believes that it is the inherent right of every employee and its associated stakeholders to work in a safe and healthy environment and that it is essential to conserve resources by working efficiently.

We are committed to guide a modern comprehensive programme of safety, health and environmental control to prevent and minimise downgrading incidents that result in injuries, illnesses, and damage to equipment and clients’ cargo or assets.

In order to succeed, we believe that personal involvement and commitment from each member of management and employee is essential to improve the overall quality of life at work and in the community at large, and maintain the good reputation of our company.

No job is so important and no service so urgent that we cannot take time to perform our work safely and in an environmentally conscientious manner.

Our Health and Safety Policy includes:

  • Testing and Certification
  • Annual Medicals for all staff
  • 2 x SHE Reps, Trained via Nosa

Namibian Labour Law requires that each company has one SHE Rep per every 15 employees. Such is our committment to Health and Safety, we have elected to have two SHE reps for our staff compliment of 15.
